Obligations of the Company

The privacy of our website users, whether you are our former or existing client or visitor to our website is important to us. FX Grant is committed to safeguard all the personal information we hold about you. The Privacy policy (the Policy) demonstrates how we collect, use and protect the personal information of our Customers. This Policy does not require any other information above the already provided so far if you are our Customer.

Any personal information you provide us will be treated as confidential and shared only within the Company, its affiliates and its business partners and will not be disclosed to any third party except under any regulatory or legal proceedings as well as to third parties that solely provide statistical services to the Company to improve its marketing campaign. Web site tracking systems may also collect data detailing the pages you have accessed, how you discovered this site, the frequency of visits and so on. The information we obtain is used to improve the content of our web site and may be used by us to contact you, by any appropriate means, and to provide you with any information we believe may be useful to you.

Financial Information such as your financial investment experience

When you apply for or maintain a demo or live account we need to collect information from you (“Personal Data”) for business purposes. The Personal Data we collect from you will also allow us to treat you (i.e. our customer) fairly, such as provide you the products and services that are suitable for you. Agents

We use a card processing company for your deposits and withdrawals to and from your account. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

To make a deposit with a credit or debit card, you need to fill out a form through a processing center's website. In order to eliminate this extra step, these third parties have given FX Grant a short version of this form through a secure connection.

Our employees will not make unsolicited sales calls and will in principle not call to follow up unless you’ve specifically requested a follow-up call.
